Antenatal sessions.

  • Birth Preferences & Birth Planning

    Support with creating a birth plan that reflects your wishes without compromise and ensuring that you are fully informed in all birthing options available to you as well as your rights throughout the process.

  • Stages of Labour

    Deep dive into how birth works and what to expect during all stages of labour as well as importance of mind/body connection, golden hour and skin to skin immediately after birth.

  • Comfort Measures & Complementary Therapies

    Exploring all forms of pain relief both medicated and non-medicated as well as complementary therapies including aromatherapy and homeopathy. This session will also include the ability to try oils and make bespoke oil blends for birth.

  • Partner Support

    What they can expect, why support is important, role and responsibilities, how to prepare and advocate as well as look after themselves during labour in order to support mother.

    Enhanced: Partner will be taught massage techniques and acupressure points to support mother.

  • Movement, Exercise & Stability

    Understanding the importance of the body’s physiology and how restoring body balance makes room for the baby using biomechanics of birth techniques.

    Enhanced: Individualised daily stretching and movement schedule planned based on individuals current mobility and stage of pregnancy.

  • Preparation for birth

    Birthing essentials and what to have in your hospital bag. What to expect immediately after birth as well as sleeping and breastfeeding guidelines.

    Enhanced: Each client will receive a complimentary labour and birth package.

  • *Pregnancy & Postpartum Nutrition

    Support with optimal prenatal nutrition including meal plans, supplements and assistance with pregnancy symptoms such as nausea and food aversions. Postnatally, focusing on nutrient repletion as well as foods and supplements to support breastfeeding all with a traditional real food approach to support mind and body.

  • *Preparation for Early Postpartum

    What to expect during the ‘4th trimester’. The importance of the 40 day rest period, traditional holistic healing foods and practices. We will also cover new born education including feeding, changing, bathing, swaddling and carrying newborns safely. Postpartum preparation plan will be created.

  • *Curating Birth Space

    With my background as a visual creative and stylist, I am able to help you design your ideal birthing space not only in a way that will support you mentally and spiritually but also physically. Your environment is the biggest influence on your birth so we will create a space that is completely reflective of what you envision as peace, relaxation and a place of surrender. Not only will this considered space support your labour, you will have the most perfect birthing space for your new arrival entering the world and a beautifully curated place to capture that moment.

POSTPARTUM SESSIONS.

Breastfeeding support: experience with tongue tie, reflux, colic as well as blocked milk ducts, mastitis etc

Sleep support: importance of rest and respite for mothers and helping baby establish routine

Nutrition: cooking nutrient dense meals that support lactation and assessing/recommending relevant supplements if necessary

Light house cleaning / setting up and organising nursery

Attend appointments and supporting administering medications/vitamins

Massage: acupressure points for postnatal relaxation

Aromatherapy: essential oils that can be used for healing and relaxation and is safe to use for both mothers and babies

Homeopathy: supports with healing internally and externally
